By inviting Chroma Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Usage License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Bot in your Discord servers. We reserve the right to revoke this access at any time for any reason, particularly in cases of abuse.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Bot to spam the Discord API.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Bot's source code (if not open source).
• Use the Bot in violation of Discord's Community Guidelines.

4. Disclaimer

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the Bot, including but not limited to API rate limits or role permission errors.
