1. Data Collection

Chroma Bot minimizes data collection. We only store the data strictly necessary for function:

• Guild ID: To identify your server.
• Role ID: The ID of the role you designate for color rotation.

2. Ephemeral Data

To perform its core function (Active Activity Monitoring), the Bot temporarily caches timestamps of user activity (last message sent or voice presence). This data is not persisted to a database and is held only in the Bot's working memory.

We do not store message content.

3. Data Usage

The collected data is used solely to:

• Determine if a color rotation should occur.
• Persist your configuration (which role to rotate) across bot restarts.

4. Data Deletion

Removing the Bot from your server will not automatically delete database records, but since we only store configuration settings, this data is inert. You may request full deletion of your server's config data by contacting the developer.

5. Third Parties

We do not share data with third parties unless required by law.
